Order Processing Time
Orders typically take 4 - 6 business days to process before they are shipped. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always strive to get your orders out as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs (shipping times begin after product processing). We are unable to guarantee an exact delivery date and cannot guarantee delivery times.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days.
FREE Standard Shipping up to a $15 USD limit, if shipping is above this amount a $15 discount will be applied at Check out.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your shipping location.
Shipping Locations
We ship to residents of the United States. If you are located outside these areas and would like to place an order, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date. We keep a close eye on production and shipping times with our manufacturer, if for some reason thing are taking longer than expected please reach out to us directly and we will give you a personal update on your order status.
Delays and Issues
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasions when factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays, may affect delivery times. Especially during the Christmas season. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by such delays and appreciate your understanding.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We recommend providing a secure delivery address to minimize the risk of such occurrences. Within Threads is not responsible for errors in delivery due to incorrect address information given in checkout.
International Shipping - Not currently available
For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applicable in your country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
