Online Refund and Returns Policy
At Throw Coast Disc Golf, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our unique, print-on-demand products. Our goods are individually produced upon order, which impacts our return and exchange policy.
General Returns & Exchanges:
- All return and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Please contact our Support team at team@throwcoast.com to initiate a request. Our team will assess each case individually to provide a suitable solution.
Exclusions:
Free replacements are not offered in the following cases:
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
- Products received as requested, but a different size/color is desired.
- Minor size deviation from the size guide measurements (below 1").
- Change of mind by the customer.
Damaged Products:
- In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, contact us within 15 days of product delivery for a free replacement or refund.
- Email our customer service team at team@throwcoast.com with photos depicting the damage or error to initiate the refund process.
Shipping Errors:
- For unsuccessful deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address, contact our Support team for the option of a replacement (with an additional charge) or a partial refund.
Lost Packages:
- Verify that the submitted address is 100% accurate.
- Contact your local post office to check if the package is held there.
- If the package is still missing, email our Support team at team@throwcoast.com for further assistance.
