Custom Jerseys for Clubs, Teams & Events

Most disc golfers just want something that looks good, feels right, and doesn’t turn into a hassle to organize.
That’s where we come in.

We design and produce custom jerseys and apparel for clubs, teams, tournament directors, and individual players — no design skills, bulk orders, or guesswork required.

You can send your players or team members straight to our website to order their own jersey in their size and fit. No chasing people down for payments or spreadsheets of shirt sizes.
If you prefer to order everything at once, we also offer bulk pricing with volume discounts.

How It Works

Getting a custom jersey shouldn’t be complicated. Here’s how we keep it simple and make sure you know exactly what to expect from start to finish.

1. Design Consultation

We start with a virtual meeting (via Zoom) to talk through your project — the look you’re going for, design ideas, and what you need the jerseys for.
During this meeting, we’ll also cover:

  • Your design and publication timeline

  • Order delivery timelines for both individual and bulk orders

  • Budget and payment terms

This call helps us line everything up so your design process and delivery run smoothly.

2. Design Deposit

After the consultation, a design deposit is required to get started.

  • Deposit range: $100–$250, based on the complexity of your design work.

  • For bulk orders of 70+ items, we apply a 50% design credit toward your final invoice.

  • For online-only (individual sales), the design deposit is not credited toward future orders.

This deposit covers the time and detail it takes to bring your concept to life.

3. Design & Revisions

Once your deposit is received, our design team gets to work.
We’ll send digital mockups for review and feedback, per the timeline we set in your consultation.
You’ll get two rounds of revisions included, and if you need more, additional design time is billed at $50/hour, depending on the complexity.

We’ll keep things moving at your pace — fast enough for deadlines, but detailed enough to get it right.

4. Final Approval & Ordering

After your design is approved, we move into production.

  • For bulk orders, we’ll need your size breakdown before placing the order. Once your invoice is paid in full, we’ll submit it for production.

  • For individual orders, we’ll publish your design on our website and send you a custom link to share with your players or community.

Every online order ships directly to the person who places it — no spreadsheets, no collecting payments, no boxes of extra jerseys sitting in your garage.

Pricing, Payment & Discounts

We keep our pricing straightforward so you can plan your order without surprises.
Whether you’re managing a team order or setting up an online store for your players, you’ll always know what to expect before anything goes to print.

Bulk Orders

Bulk pricing starts at 65 jerseys of the same design.
Once you hit that number, you’ll qualify for discounted pricing and a 50% design credit applied to your final invoice. We’ll provide a detailed quote during your design consultation that includes your total cost, shipping estimates, and production timeline.

Bulk orders are a great fit for:

  • Large clubs or Tournaments

  • Retail shops ordering for resale

Individual Online Orders

If your goal is to let players or club members order their own, we’ll host your custom design directly on our website. Each person orders and pays individually, and we handle all the printing and shipping.
No bulk minimums, no money collection, and no boxes of leftover jerseys sitting around.

Wholesale & Retail Partnerships

Throw Coast also partners with retail disc golf shops looking to stock or resell custom jersey designs.
We offer wholesale pricing, flexible invoicing, and local support from right here in Leland, NC.

Payment Options

We offer a few easy ways to handle payment for bulk and wholesale orders:

  • Invoice Billing – available for all bulk and wholesale projects.

  • ACH Payments – receive a discount when paying by ACH (discount percentage set during invoicing).

  • Credit Card Payments – accepted for all orders; please note a 4% processing fee applies for invoiced bulk orders paid by Credit Card..

We’ll confirm your preferred payment method and terms before production begins.
